BROWN BAG COFFEE COMPANY
We are a small-batch, locally owned & operated coffee roaster.
We use fair-trade beans & offer high quality, freshly roasted coffee at an affordable price.
Our beans come from a co-op of family farms in the Cerrado region of Brazil, where the beans are cultivated at a high elevation. This allows for a low acidity bean, which is why our coffee does not have a bitter, acidic after-taste. The way we roast, grind, and brew our beans is the way that the farmers intended for it to taste. Brown Bag Coffee is bold enough to add cream and sugar but soft and smooth enough to drink black.
